At Skillstride Academy Pvt Ltd, we are committed to providing high-quality training in Digital Marketing, Graphic Design, Video Editing, and CIMA preparation.
1. No Refund Policy
All payments, including course enrollments, subscriptions, and workshop registrations, are final and non-refundable. Once payment is made, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances, including:
- Non-usage of the service.
- Failure to attend live sessions.
- Change of mind after purchase.
2. Subscription Cancellation Policy
Our services operate on a subscription model with multiple duration plans.
- If a subscription is not renewed before expiry, access to course materials will be automatically revoked.
- Users will not be charged after their subscription expires unless they manually renew it.
3. Course Modifications & Discontinuation
- We reserve the right to modify, update, or remove any course content.
- We may discontinue certain courses or services without prior notice.
- Such changes do not qualify for refunds or adjustments.
4. Exceptional Circumstances
If a transaction error occurs (e.g., duplicate charges), please contact us within **48 hours** for review. Refund requests will be considered only in cases of:
- Duplicate payments.
- Incorrect deductions due to a technical error.
All refund decisions will be made at our sole discretion.
